Recertification

Upon receiving your ASQ certification and card with your date of certification you will start the three year recertification cycle which requires you to:

1. Maintain the journal for recertification units you received in your package with the certification letter, certificate and ID card
2. Complete the recertification application, journal with a minimum of 18 RU (recertification units) including proof of the activities in journal
3. A check payable to the ASQ to cover the recertification fee of $30 for one recertification or $50 for two or more synchronized recertification.

Upgrade Memberships to Senior and Fellow:
For those members who wish to upgrade to Senior Membership and have been an ASQ members for at least 1 year and have 10 years of work experience (2 of which are in Quality Assurance), you may upgrade to senior membership by completing a senior membership application with experience and references and submit to the recertification chair whose contact information is listed on the contact page.
